Closings have commenced at Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, the first five-star development to come to the nation’s famed yachting capital. The condominium is seeing residences close at $2,000 per square foot, a remarkable price for the market, emphasizing its evolution into one of South Florida’s top luxury destinations. There are only seven residences left for sale at the 83-residence building, as buyers have jumped at the opportunity to purchase ahead of opening.

Designed by Miami-based architect Kobi Karp, the building’s distinctive shape ensures that every residence offers views of the ocean.

The luxurious interiors were created by award-winning London-based designer Tara Bernerd, while the building’s private gardens were designed by landscape architect Fernando Wong. In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, Fernando is offering residents at Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale exclusive landscape design services at their private terraces. They can work directly with the architect to create the outdoor spaces of their dream.

Initial occupancy will begin this quarter, in conjunction with the opening of the hotel. Two culinary concepts will also debut early this year. They are Evelyn’s Table, a premier oceanfront restaurant located on the Ocean Terrace, and Honey Fitz, a casual café and bar located in the lobby.

Named for Evelyn Fortune Lilly Bartlett, the Fort Lauderdale art patron who founded local landmark Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, Evelyn’s Table will serve coastal cuisine with eastern Mediterranean flavors and ooze the style of a yacht club. Honey Fitz is named after the Presidential yacht made famous by John F. Kennedy. Its menu will include gourmet coffee creations and pastries during the day and wine and champagne at night. Both venues will boast elegant interior design by hospitality designer Martin Brudnizki.

Residents will also have access to a wide array of amenities and services managed by Four Seasons, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, two pools with luxury cabanas, beach butler service, signature Four Seasons spa, yachting services and a pet concierge with an on-call veterinarian. They also receive special courtesies at Fort Partners’ premier portfolio throughout South Florida and the Caribbean.
