NFL quarterback Jared Goff listed his custom contemporary home in Los Angeles on Monday for just under $7.5 million.
The 27-year-old football star bought the four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence in 2018 for $4.05 million through a trust tied to his mother, according to records with PropertyShark. That year was his third season with the Los Angeles Rams and marked his second trip to the Pro Bowl. After five years with the Rams, Mr. Goff was traded to the Detroit Lions last fall.
Located in Hidden Hills, California, his gated property is “a true compound estate” with a nearly 4,300-square-foot main house and a 1,075 guest cottage, according to the listing with Jordan Cohen of Re/Max One. Mr. Cohen did not immediately return requests for comment.
Offering “panoramic views and complete privacy,” the single-story home boasts an open layout with retractable doors and clerestory windows to let in light, listing photos show. Natural materials were used throughout the residence, from its stone facade to the wood-clad ceilings and walls.
The home sits on close to 1.5 acres, and outdoor features include a custom pool and spa, covered and uncovered lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen, a firepit, a garden and several putting greens with a newly built chipping pad, which allows golfers to practice low, short shots on the green.
Representatives for Mr. Goff did not immediately return a request for comment.
